The Mayflower menu is devoted to reviving classic hotel cuisine, in the skillful hands of Bethany Finn. The Mayflower Restaurant offers buffet breakfast and a la carte dinner, complemented by their famed dessert trolley and warm attentive service. A well-structured wine list featuring a selection of handpicked South Australian wines is designed to complement each dining selection. High Tea adds a hint of nostalgia to Saturday and Sunday afternoons in the Mayflower Restaurant. Simply delightful finger sandwiches, scones, tartlets, profiteroles and other tasty morsels complemented by coffee, tea and sparkling wine.

We are pleased to announce the Mayflower Restaurant's new menu launches on April 30. An exquisite selection of hand-made Canapés and Chef’s Signature Share Dishes are exciting additions to the menu, developed by Executive Chef and Tasting Australia ambassador Bethany Finn.

Breakfast:

  • Monday - Friday: 6.30am – 10.00am
  • Saturday & Sunday: 7.00am – 11.00am

Dinner:

  • Tuesday - Saturday: 6:00pm – 9:00pm

High Tea:

  • Saturday & Sunday: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
