We present a collection of elegant rooms designed to meet a range of key requirements including versatility, modern technology, privacy, tranquility and natural light. While the iconic Mayflower Restaurant is available for private lunches and dinners, as is our newest venue, THE DEN.

The Pearl room is a unique find in the middle of the city. Offering natural light, peace and quiet set in stylish surrounds, this is a very popular space. Allowing for up to 36 guests in a classroom style configuration, it is most suited to seminars, conferences and meetings.


Ruby is another ideal space set in tranquil surrounds. We recommend this room for meetings, workshops and any event where privacy is required. If a classroom style set up is preferred, up to 24 guests is optimal.


By combining the Pearl and Ruby, we present a larger space suitable for meetings, weddings, parties, networking events and business dinners. Up to 100 guests may be comfortably seated in a banquet style configuration in this space. Featuring stylish décor, tranquil surrounds, an abundance of natural light and its own bar directly alongside for pre-dinner drinks, this venue is a showstopper! 


Garnet is a quiet space offering plenty of natural light, catering for up to 16 guest’s boardroom style. We recommend this room for private meetings or boardroom lunches.


Emerald is a discerning choice, offering natural light and catering for up to 6 guest’s boardroom style. The room is ideal for business meetings or interviews, where privacy is a key selection criteria.


By combining the Garnet and Emerald rooms together a larger space, the Opal caters for up to 20 guests boardroom style.


The Topaz room is private and quiet venue, catering for up to 14 guests boardroom style. Located on the corner of King William and Hindley Street this room offers double glazed windows that intercept bustling city noise and captures natural light.
